Implementation of the system for managing employee hire
As part of cooperation with one of the largest companies dealing with hiring employees for large retail chains, we have prepared a human resources management system.
The system structure is very extensive and includes the following modules and functionalities:
- employee hire management module, allowing you to easily order people for specific departments in specific halls throughout Poland
- staff management module, allowing you to check which employee is available at what time and easily assign him to vacant positions
- a valuation module that allows you to predict before the end of the accounting period what financial revenues and costs will be possible
- four types of financial reports supporting the work of the accounting department
- extensive hall management, allowing for precise definition of how they will function at the financial level - individual payroll management in each department
- global rate management module in every hall and in every department, allowing for convenient configuration changes in many halls at the same time
- a user management module at various levels of the hierarchy, from ordinary employees to managers
- a log module - enabling easy monitoring of changes in the system, especially those related to financial data
- system parameters module - allowing administrators to manage the way the system works
- user import module - allowing user data to be migrated from another system
- a module for managing their work by hired employees, where they can quickly get information where and at what times they are needed and determine their preferred working hours
- the system supports multiple languages
- the system generates reports in the form of .pdf files
