Nearshore

At NETTOM we want to provide the best solutions for our clients.

One of them is the so-called nearshore in the Time and Materials formula.

It means:

  1. delegating employees with specific competences to work on the client's project;
  2. ensuring continuity of work by assigning people with similar competences - in random cases, this allows for the replacement of an employee;
  3. continuous work verification and managerial supervision at NETTOM;
  4. work at the NETTOM headquarters, where we provide the best development and testing environments and IT systems;
  5. access to dedicated tools for remote work.

We have been using Nearshore in this form since 2004, mainly in projects for French clients.
