RedComm - adapting the system to the requirements of the GDPR


 

RedComm - an advertising agency that has been on the market since 2005. The system we created is used, among others, for marketing support for the French hypermarket chain Auchan.

 

In connection with the introduction of the GDPR, from May 25, 2018, the marketing system required updating to meet the required EU legal standards

 

System modifications to the GDPR:

- implementation of a module for resignation from accepted regulations

- implementation of deleting and anonymizing people registered in the system

- special preparation of two-stage e-mail sending, in which they could confirm or reject previously approved regulations
