Zaprogramowaliśmy formularz umożliwiający wysyłkę danych na wybrany adres email. Formularz dodatkowo posiadał system walidacji danych.

Na zlecenie Urzędu Marszałkowskiego Województwa Warmińsko - Mazurskiego wykonaliśmy system ankiet. Administrator może tworzyć dowolnego rodzaju ankiety. System pozwala na generowanie ankiet w postaci pliku PDF lub wysyłkę ankiety pod podany adres email. Wysyłka odbywa się w ramach systemu biuletynowego. System pozwana na tworzenie użytkowników oraz przypisywania ich do odpowiednich grup. Każda ankieta jest spersonalizowana. Przy wypełnianiu ankiet drogą elektroniczną, aplikacja gromadzi ich wyniki i wyświetla je w postaci przejrzystych statystyk.
